Good Works Alliance: Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in joining the Good Works Alliance network. By submitting your application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of Collaboration

Good Works Alliance seeks to build a network of experienced professionals to provide high-quality services to nonprofit organizations. Applicants who join the network may be offered freelance, project-based, or volunteer opportunities based on their skills and availability.

2. Confidentiality

Applicants and collaborators agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by Good Works Alliance, its clients, or other network members. This includes, but is not limited to:

Client identities
Strategic plans
Financial or operational information

3. Professional Conduct

Applicants and collaborators are expected to:

Deliver work that meets the highest professional standards.
Communicate effectively and in a timely manner.
Respect deadlines and project requirements.

4. Independent Contractor Status

Joining the Good Works Alliance network does not create an employer-employee relationship. All engagements are project-based, and individuals operate as independent contractors unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Use of Information

Information submitted through the application form will only be used for:

Evaluating your application.
Matching you with relevant opportunities.
Communicating updates and invitations to collaborate.

Good Works Alliance will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Any work created under an engagement with Good Works Alliance must respect copyright and intellectual property laws. Ownership of deliverables will be determined on a project-by-project basis.

7. Termination

Good Works Alliance reserves the right to terminate collaboration at any time for breaches of these terms or failure to meet professional standards.

8. Amendments

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
